How to book a Soccer Trip

Getting Started

We make this very easy and hassle free, simply send us a WhatsApp from the link on the website (or via email if more suitable for you) with the Game(s) you want to attend and number of people, if you require travel and/or accommodation and any add on excursions or special requests, and that is it!

We will then respond, usually within an hour, certainly within 24 hours, with a quote and and any information you have requested, if you are happy and want to go ahead then we will send you a payment link with all details of your trip, once the payment is successful your trip is locked in and the excitement and anticipation begins!’

How far in advance do I need to book?

It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities but in theory you could call us the day of the game- we will try and accommodate!

Minimum numbers

There are no minimum numbers when you are making a booking.

I have a confirmed booking but I wish to cancel, can I get a refund?

All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, we understand circumstances can change, and we will endeavour to re-sell your packages but cannot guarantee this.

Do children and infants need a match ticket?

Yes, if you intend to take an infant or child to an event you will require an entry ticket for the event.

Ticket delivery

Tickets will normally be dispatched 72 hours prior to the event / match, in some cases earlier, these will be E or Mobile tickets unless advised and will be sent to the email or phone number registered on the booking.
Please check tickets as soon as received and notify us if they do not match what you have ordered. Tickets will not be sent without cleared payment.

Special dietary requirements?

If you, or anyone in your party has special dietary requirements or allergies then please notify us at least 7 days in advance. In most cases vegetarian options are provided as a matter of course in all-inclusive packages, but we can also accommodate other dietary requirements with notice, an additional charge may apply, but we will notify you of this at the time of your Inquiry.

Private tables

Soccer Passport will always try to accommodate your booking on a private table, but it is subject to availability, but the earlier you book the greater the likelihood that we can accommodate you on a private table. If you have a special request for table configurations then let us know at time of booking and we will endeavour to accommodate this.

Dress code

The dress code differs slightly for each event, although the general rule is smart casual. When we send your match tickets and event documentation check the dress code carefully, as each venue is different when it comes to what is allowed. Guests can be turned away for not adhering to the dress code provided. If you have any questions then do not hesitate to ask, it is always best to check.
